Country Life Institute RD is a missionary education center and lifestyle retreat located in the serene countryside of the Dominican Republic. Our peaceful campus, surrounded by lush gardens, organic farmland, and natural beauty, offers an ideal setting for spiritual renewal, education, and holistic healing.
Country Life is a supporting ministry operated by dedicated lay members of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. We are affiliated with Outpost Centers International (OCI), committed to preparing missionaries who positively impact communities locally and globally.
Founded in 1987, Country Life Institute RD began as a missionary school dedicated to supporting the Seventh-day Adventist Church through comprehensive education and practical health ministry. Over the years, it has grown to include a Lifestyle Center, an organic agriculture program, and community outreach initiatives.
As a nonprofit organization registered in the Dominican Republic, Country Life Institute RD gratefully accepts donations and provides tax-deductible receipts to contributors, ensuring our continued success in transforming lives.

In 1987, inspired by a profound calling to serve and educate, a group of dedicated Seventh-day Adventist lay members established Country Life Institute RD in the rural heartland of the Dominican Republic. They envisioned a place where education, health principles, and spiritual growth could harmoniously unite, reflecting the values of the kingdom of heaven.
Early efforts were dedicated to constructing dormitories, classrooms, family homes, and a chapel, creating a vibrant community focused on missionary education and self-sufficient living. Soon after, the Lifestyle Center opened its doors, welcoming guests seeking healing through God's natural laws, including nutrition, hydrotherapy, rest, exercise, and trust in divine power.
Our organic agriculture initiative became a key aspect of our ministry, supplying fresh, nutritious produce to guests, students, and staff, complementing the holistic treatments offered at the Lifestyle Center.
Throughout our history, Country Life Institute RD has witnessed abundant evidence of God's blessings. We have seen countless lives transformed physically, mentally, and spiritually, and have extended our impact through health evangelism, church partnerships, and training programs across the Dominican Republic and beyond.
Today, our commitment remains strong—preparing individuals to serve humanity and share the Everlasting Gospel, fulfilling our motto: "Ut Alii Vivant" (So that others may live).
